Hello

I started as a marketing professional across seven industries, mastering leadership and collaboration, but my passion for community and DEI advocacy led me to pursue a Master’s in Clinical Psychology at the California Institute for Integral Studies. Now, as a life coach, I help clients transform challenges into growth. Outside of work, I’m a mother of two adventurous kids, a proud Havanese dog owner, and a lover of solo / autobiographical performance. When I’m not coaching or performing, you’ll find me exploring the world with my family, soaking in new languages, cultures and experiences.
